Re: 100% het albino question
There are no definite marks for any het recessive. The het pied marks are not 100% there are alot of normals with the tracks and het pieds without them. So to answer your question buy from someone you trust or that can show you some proof that one of the parents was Homozygous for the trait your looking for then all the babies are 100% hets.

Re: 100% het albino question
Good luck! I would suggest one of the well known breeders, such as Ralph Davis, Rustys-balls, VPI, or SKC exotics.
Ball Pythons:
0.1.0 Bumble Bee- Schnapps
0.1.0 Pinstripe- Penny
0.1.0 Super Cinnamon- Cleo
0.1.0 Albino- Daiquiri
0.1.0 Low White Piebald- Hershey
1.0.0 Low White Piebald- Reese
1.0.0 Paradox Super Cinnamon- Dash
1.0.0 100% Het. Albino- Jester
1.0.0 50% Het. Albino Jake

Re: 100% het albino question
I got my pair from Justin Kobylka, who is a regular on here... I haven't bred them yet (hopefully next season), but knew from his reputation they could be trusted! So like the others said, the only way to know is to go with a reputable breeder.
Lolo's Collection...
Ball Pythons: 0.4 Normals, 1.0 Pastel, 1.1 Mojaves, 1.0 Black Pastel, 2.0 Spiders, 0.1 Lesser, 1.0 Orange Ghost, 0.1 Honeybee
0.1 Spotted Python, 1.1 Stimson's Pythons, 1.0 Jungle Carpet Python
3.4 Corn Snakes, 1.1 Western Hognose Snakes, 1.2 cats, and 1.0 dog (47lb mutt)
