    My one little egg :)

So here is a picture of my one little egg On day 5.

So is the dark part at the bottom the embryo developing?

Also, the others are definitely bad and are starting to smell. Since they aren't attached to the good one is it OK to throw them out I suppose?

    Thanks for lookin!

If you are sure that the others are bad, go ahead and throw them out.

As for the dark spot, yes, that is the embryo

Thanks Heather ... yeah I know I have 3 definite slugs and the other one is getting this neon-yellow spot on it and is just gross. The veins that were there the day of hatching are now pretty much gone and it just looks awful. I'll leave them a while longer, but I'm 99.99999% sure it's no good

One good egg is better than none. Since I've never bred before, I'd be thrilled with just one.

I was a little disappointed since it was my first clutch, but I am DEFINITELY thrilled! can't wait to meet the lil bugger when he/she comes out! We're keeping it even if it ends up being a normal
