I think cinny pewter can seperate from black pewter by difference. isn't it? or it's like a lesser and butter which cannot seperate except the told from seller.

It's a Black Pewter. You can tell from the squiggly marks around the alien heads. Cinnys don't have those marks only Black Pastels. Remember, when making Pewters your not neccesarily changing the pattern of the Black Pastel, just washing it out a bit.

It is hard to tell unless you know what it was sold to you as. Cinnamons and Black Pastels can look way different from one another or almost the same. As a general rule cinnamons and their crosses are usually lighter. There are, however, very light black pastels and dark cinnamons.

    Example of a dark cinnamon:

And her offspring, including a pair of cinnamon pewters:

The short answer is that people can guess all day long, but it may be impossible to know for sure. Breeding them out might give you some clues or it might not.

I say it doesn't matter though, since they are both gorgeous pewters!

    Go NCSU Wolfpack!

I beg to differ. That is just like saying there is no difference between Lavender Albinos and normals Albinos. There are markers for Black Pastels. It is that easy. I am %100 positive that is a Black Pewter. Look very closely and you will see why it is. If you need help look at the field guides. We don't want to mislead people do we?
