It looks to me like the snake also has a kinked neck. Has this snake ever taken a meal? You should take it to a vet--to have the missing eye socket checked to make sure it is healing properly, the remaining eye checked to make sure there is nothing more than a retained eye cap (which the vet can remove), the kink evaluated (will this snake be able to eat a proper meal?) and a fecal done.

It looks to me like you got ripped off in the trade, and that's why the person you traded with is not communicating with you now. You gave them a healthy pinstripe, and they gave you a snake that is missing an eye, has a kinked neck, has possibly never eaten and who knows what else...
