His eye does look a bit swollen. That is my only concern. Has it been that way for awhile or has it progressively gotten worse? That eye could also have been injured by the same feeder and somehow there is now fluid buildup behind the eye.

I would take him to a vet and just be proactive to make sure he doesn't lose another eye. :]
