All my ideas were pretty much already said, I can relate to a lot of those !
You know you own a ball python when you have more pictures of your snake morphs than your children or stepchildren (I'm guilty of that one )

Lol. Just a few mins ago I opened my freezer and realized it smelled like rats. I hadn't noticed before.

Haha i just changed the water in my tank on sunday and forgot to put the lid back on (i know dumb mistake). I went to the gym and did some shopping, came home 3 hours later and noticed what i did and my ball was still in his hide sleeping. lol.

When your non-snake-loving relatives ask you what you want for christmas, and all you can think of are morphs, tubs, hides, and maybe a new thermostat. Then thinking of a way to explain how a lesser is a must have when they refuse to look at any more snake pictures.

When you acquire a new "addition" to the family and you are overjoyed when they take their first meal.

When you compare every bad smell you come across to snake poop and dead rats.
When you quit smoking because you're worried about your snakes health more than your own.
When your microwave breaks, so you warm up your dinner on UTH heat pads and heat tape.
When you take your snake out for a quick outing, and all you hear is "Is that a real snake?"
When a relative is pregnant, and you accidentally call her gravid.
When you start calling other animals colorations by morph names.
