Sweet cins
I thought someone drug up an old post.
Congratws Jon. Those guys have some awesome black backs. Those are the ones I like to produce. I need to get me a Black Pastel cross, so I can post a similar thread next year (I haven't produced a Black Pastel yet). LOL.

Re: I Produced My First Cinnys!
Those are awesome! I'm a big fan of black back Cinnamons myself. I just produced my first cinnie as well and have another that doesn't want to come out of the egg. The one that just hatched isn't a perfect black back like dad (I don't think he was a genetic black back) but what I've seen of the one that's still in the egg looks like it is. Odds sucked for me on this though. First clutch was 5 eggs, all of which hatched, but only one cinnie. Second clutch was 5 eggs but 3 went bad and it looks like I might only get one cinnie from that one as the remaining egg was cut tonight and I don't think it's a cinnie. Anyway, congrats on those black backs!

Thanks! Don't think I have any pics of the adult male, I'll have to take some.

Re: I Produced My First Cinnys!
Thanks! So far I've got two out of six so not great odds. One more in the egg and doesn't look to be a cinnie from what I can tell. The one that just came out is a near perfect black back but unfortunately it's another boy.
