To me the books were ok (despite being rediculously simple to read....), though I'd much rather read Anne Rice's vampire books.

For me, watching the movies so far (haven't seen eclipse yet) has been like watching an incredibly awkward and embarassing trainwreck.... But what's worse is all of the commercials and pathetic advertising using Twilight, which makes the series even more laughable
