    How big is your snake? Just curious because mine is about 20-23" (its tough to get him to lay out straight) and I think I may have to switch in the next few months. He's eating adult mice now and they're going down quickly.

    What you want to do is purchase a gram scale, either a good one for reptiles or one for letters. Then weigh your snake, and feed it about 10-15% of it's body weight every week.

    I use http://rodentpro.com/ to gauge rodent weight because they're what I order.

    I don't have a weight on my snake yet, but he is about 32" long
