Your warm side is a little to hot. Try to drop it down to 90 and your cool side should be about 80. I think that the tank might be a little to big too. You should try a 10 gallon tank or a 6 to 15 quart tub for a snake that small. Have you tried feeding a live hopper mouse? Sometimes baby snakes need live prey to jump start their appetites. I'm sure someone with more experience then myself will give you advice also.
