    Re: New Addition-Black Spider/Black Bee

    Louis,

    Great looking pick up.

Looking at your collection page(graet looking collection as well by the way), I would use the Pastel Lesser, Pastel Yellowbelly or Calico. I personally would lean towards the Calico, but that is me. If you have, or hatch a Calico male combo prior to this one being ready, than I would use that.

Love the black bee!!!!. I know I will mate my bumblebee with my cinnamon, so hopfully I can get a pewterbee. I have seen some lesser bees and queen bees but they are a few pewter bees that i have seen.

Thanks for the suggestions Mike. Those are definitely some I will be considering. A couple of more I'm considering are Desert or Mystic as well as any combos we can produce with them before she's ready.

    Thanks again for your input.

We've got plenty of time to think about her future mates, but feel free to make suggestions on what genes you think would go well with the Black Pastel and Spider genes she already carries.

I know if we add Pastel we'll have the potential to make Black Widows, but I'd like to hear what you guys think would make some cool combos.
I'd pair it with a firefly and a pastel lesser/butter
