No I don't think so - each egg can only have one male and one female parent.
You could get black bees and bumblebees, spiders, black pastels, pastels and normals from the multi-sire clutch but never any combinations involving genes from both males.

Hang on I completely got the male and female mixed up.
with a female pastel and male black pastels and spider then yes you can get;
Black pewters, bumblebees, spiders, pastels, black pastels and normals.
But no blackbees would be possible.

And nobody has ever found any evidence that sex is linked to the temps of the eggs I'm afraid - I wish it was.
