    if its a young snake then bad sheds are kind of normal. both of mine have had bad sheds when they were young but got better as they got older. u really want the shed to come off in one piece.
    ur snake was in blue but u prolly just saw the beginning and ends of it. its not there very long.
    its easy to tell if the eyecaps came off, 1 look at his shed and if u can see eyes then ur good, hold him and look at his eyes, they should be very clear and not cloudy or wrinkly or have any white around the sides.

    oh ya, my snakes have shed very fast and very slow. ive been toying with different humidity settings to see which one is faster but nothing. i think it just depends on them and how bad that shed needs to come off
