Well my little baby snake tried to bite me lol. Its my fault though he was hanging up on top of the mounted Acurite Thermometer/Hygrometer and I sprayed the paper towels cause they were dry and the humidity was 49 so when I sprayed, some water got him and he flipped off the Acurite thing and tried to bite me twice through the glass. Hope he isn't going to stay like that lol. Plus he got fed like a little over 24 hours ago. Not the first time he tried to bite either my dad was spraying the inside of his cage and he tried to bite the sprayer cause it makes a hissing sound lol.

Plus can he get brain damage from attacking the glass so hard?
This has nothing to do with your biting issue but I was wondering if it is OK to moisten your substrate. I am about to switch to paper towels and thought that you could/should only spray the walls to raise the humidity and that dry substrate was good substrate.

Would wetting the substrate potentially cause scale rot?
