    Pastel mommy gettin' restless

She has been breeding a bumblebee since January and is getting close. She went off feed a couple weeks ago and has been showing signs. I am hoping to add some more eggs to the incubator soon.

Wow. She looks awfully plump in the egg section of her belly Good luck with her. Can you tell how many eggs she has?

She looks like she is still a long ways away from laying. Her eggs will be down at the vent when she is getting ready, they look as if they are still a ways up. Good luck though.

Yeah, now that you mention it, my het clown was really thick in the tail above her vent just before she laid. Fortunately for me she laid just hours before I was due to head out of town for 3 days. I was so close to cancelling the trip to Orlando. The wife and kids would have killed me.

I'm not expecting eggs from this girl tonight or anything, but it looks imminent now.(Wanders off to buy more tubs for the 'bator)

Just an update, things are definitely starting to shift downwards towards the vent. She has been bowl wrapping more and more. Still not quite ready yet though.

    Re: Pastel mommy gettin' restless

I was thinkin' eggs the whole time. I'm not a big Orlando fan, I hate paying money to wait in line all day. First you wait in line to park, then wait to buy or pickup prepaid tickets, then wait in line for each ride. There is even huge lines to buy lunch. I could have picked up a 2 gene snake for the coin I dropped to wait in lines all day. I have to take the kids up every couple of years though, they had a blast.

Now I have to wait for her to lay, then wait for the eggs to pip, then wait for the hatchlings to emerge....
