    This is the female that produced the clutch with the axanthic spiders above. This was what she looked like last year (3.5 years and about 2200g). She hasn't changed color since then either. I'm not saying that she looks the same as she did as a hatchling, just that some axanthics don't brown out as adults...

    Man, what a great clutch!!! Can't complain about those odds, or those beautiful babies! I am such a fan of axanthics, and I get excited every time I see them. Congratulations!!! And mom looks great, too!
