    A 20 gallon is great for a full grown adult. If you end up getting a hatchling or something smaller you might want to start them in something smaller, but a 20 gallon is good for an adult crested. You can get a conversion kit for 10 and 20 gallon aquariums--check out this thread on Pangea for a step-by-step with photos: http://www.pangeareptile.com/forums/...ad.php?t=38292. This is where to get the conversion kits she uses: http://www.junglebox.net/category/VIV.html. You don't have to go all out with the naturalistic setup like she does, but those conversion kits work really well for tanks.
