Question Turning pink when in feeding mode

Third time I noticed this .. When my BEL is in feeding mode, just before she strikes, her upper body (1 fourth of her total length I'd say, turns pink as if she is pre-shed - which she isn't ... If they would be warm blooded I'd be tempted to say that her blood pressure shoots up because she is excited haha .. Once she is finished and settled down it fades again ..

Quite odd really .. anyone else noticed this ?
