It's going to depend on exactly what kind of RTB you are interested in as far as how much you are going to spend. Do a bit of research. All boas are not created equal. Some, like the true red-tails (Guyana, Suriname, Peruvian) can easily hit 9-10 feet, while alot of the Central American (Nicaraguan, Costa Rican, Mexican) are considered dwarf boas, meaning they generally stay in the 5-7 feet range. Then there are the Insular Island boas ( Caulker Cay, Crawl Cay, Hogg Island, Corn Island) which are also generally smaller. The most common ones are the Columbians, which generally get in the 7-8 feet range. A good place to start would be the Boa Classified section at Kingsnake.com or FaunaClassified.com.
