What to breed what to?
Okay, so this upcoming season will be my first, I will get straight to the point I wanted to see if anyone had any other suggestions or ideas as to what paths they would go down. I am pretty set in the way I will be choosing based off which combos I like the most, but maybe there is something I am missing.
1.0 cinny
1.0 pastel
1.0 hypo
0.1 hypo
0.1 spider
0.1 pastel
0.2 het hypo
0.1 mojave het hypo
0.2 massive normals
0.1 spider het hypo (Hopefully before breeding season I will have found a large enough female) * HAVING A VERY HARD TIME FINDING THIS*
The females that are ready to go this year are both normals, both het ghosts, the spider, and pastel female. The hypo girl, and mojave het hypo girl will be ready next year.
Below is what I plan to breed
Pastel x Pastel - Super Pastel, pastels
Hypo x 0.2 het hypo - hypos, normals het hypo
Pastel x Spider - Bumblebees, spider, pastel, normal
Pastel x normal - Pastels, normal
Cinny x normal - Cinny, normal
Spider het hypo x hypo - Honeybees!
So say next year I breed my 0.1 mojave het hypo to my 1.0 hypo and produce mojave hypos and I somehow produce the Honeybee this year (fingers crossed), a couple years later I would try and cross the Honeybee with the Mojave Hypo to see what I get which I feel would be an awesome morph. After all those baby pastels and ghosts are born I plan on holding back a bunch of females which I am hoping they mostly are and will try and produce some pastel hypos and get that gene over to the mojave hypo, and honeybee.
Ultimate goal - Pastel, Mojave, Spider, Hypo - ANY PICTURES OF THIS?
Would it be beneficial for me to not try to pastel hypo and go for the super pastel hypo? I guess the answer is obvious who wouldn't want a super pastel hypo over a pastel hypo.
So what does everything think of my master plan so far?
