    question?????

for some reason the female i have has been wrapping around her water bowl.from wat i remember i put her with a male for about 15 minutes to clean her tub.that cant be enough time could it?

she just shed about 2 days ago and last night was the first time i seen this from her.she still eats every time i offer.

do they do this for any other reason besides being prego?

    Re: question?????

Check your temps. I few years ago I had a slight heating malfunction in one of the racks and there was a temperature spike. When I caught it about half of the snakes in the rack were bowl wrapping to cool off.

    Re: question?????

Just because they didnt lock doesnt mean she isnt cycling and just because she may be cycling doesnt mean she will become gravid. Bowl wrapping isnt a sign she is gravid but a sign she may be building or cycling. Big difference

    Re: question?????

Sometimes wrapping the water bowl can mean nothing at all.

I don't think it would have happened in 15 minutes, and if it did, you would have noticed.
