Making 125 aquarium into a snake cage

I need to get the heat part down on the new tank I have. I am going to use a ceramic heater at one end but as far as belly heat goes I don't have anyone nearby that sells heat tape. I really don't want to use a heat pad like I can get at the chain stores because I can't regulate the heat it puts out. Where is the best place to find heat tape at?
Too many snakes to list. Ball pythons, Gtp's and Boa's. It easier to say it that way.

It would be awesome if we could find that flexwatt at Home Depot or Lowes it would be way more convenient.

You regulate the heat pads with a thermostat, which you need for the Flexwatt anyway. I don't like them because they act like there's no way it could ever burn your pet yet it's a very dodgy product. And Flexwatt's exponentially cheaper.

Maybe if we start asking for it? I mean, it's just the thing to put under my floors for winter heating, right? Oh, that would feel so nice...
