As most know because of my disapproval of how Rich runs his site I can no longer respond on it, but here is some information on this site for yall.

Most who are caught being untruthful, giving bad customer service feel that way. My guess would be your lackluster business model will soon have you feeling those warm little fuzzy feelings around here too.

How many bad service, animal neglect posts have been made about you now?
How come the many good people that have been in this hobby, for so many years (decade or two) that have not received any complaints? While you can't go six months without a single one. It's called character. People who look just at the bottom dollar line like you, care less. Therefore you have more problems satisfying your customers. Particularly when a transaction goes wrong or has a few problems you can't seem to solve them professionally.

Yep, your still here. Giving bad customer service, selling dieing snakes, and not demonstrating good ethics. You can always snow a few. Heck, in your post you stated you would take his money and not give him anything and two people here thought that post was good enough to thank you for it.
