    Lesser X Butter clutch hatched

This is the first of two clutches for me this year...From a Lesser male to Butter female breeding...

First one to pip? A BEL! woohoo!!!

Kind of bummed about his eyes but I love him anyway! He rocks!!!

Next out was a male Lesser or Butter...or whatever you want to call it.

Next out was a female Lesserorbutter...kind of camera shy...

Last one out? A female normal...wicked head fade...

My other clutch is about 2 weeks away from hatching. Female Spider to Lesser male again. He was backed up by a Pastel. Hoping for Lesser Bees but it's all good. This is only my third year of breeding so even seeing normals pop out is still exciting!

They are definitely one of my faves as well. When I first got into balls a few years ago I was blown away by the white snakes people were hatching. Would have never dreamed I'd hatch my own! Now to figure out how to photograph them...all I have is a little point and shoot Canon Powershot something or other...all that white plays havoc with it...

Re: Lesser X Butter clutch hatched

And a very gorgeous BEL at that! So, when you hatch out a butter to lesser clutch, what do you sell the babies as? Does it matter since they are close to the same morph? Very exciting to see so many wonderful little plumpkins Congrats!

I'm considering a lesser/butter to put with Clyde, hince my curiosity.

I would probably advertise it as a Lesser and then let the potential buyer know it was from a butter to lesser pairing. They can then call it whatever they want...
