Re: Omg gross
If the smell was that bad then I believe this was a regurge. I would wait 2 weeks to feed her again. (a regurge is very hard on their system...so give her time to recover). Check your temps and make sure you are using something with a probe....I would suggest an accurite to ensure it is correct. The best is if you have a temp gun actually. If you are unsure check our care sheet just to be sure you are spot on with your husbandry. Also check her for wheezing or mucus or bubbles around the mouth to ensure that she doesn't have an RI. I am sure you know this one as well....but make sure you do NOT handle her for 48 hours after she eats. This can stress her out and cause a regurge as well. If you are feeding outside of the enclosure I would highly suggest feeding in the enclosure as this can cause stress as well.
My concern is this was 4 days later and the food was only partly digested. Now that could of been due to wrong temps as they use belly heat to digest. Make sure that your hides are identical...if they are not she could choose not to go in the warm hide therefore not digesting.
If you have the money you might want to get a fecal sample done to ensure there is no parasite overload. That is just me and I typically am a little over the top though to ensure a healthy snake.

Re: Omg gross
Did you open up and really look in that bin, since you fed her?
With 40 snakes, I have had it happen that a snake will take a prey item, constrict it, and I walk away. They then proceed to hide it in the back of their bin under the paper without eating it.
Peeking in to check water and for urates isn't always enough to sleuth this out before really nasty things begin to happen to that rat. >.<
After 4 days, you couldn't tell a whole, deceased rat from a partially digested one. Trust me.

Re: Omg gross
I've had a regurge happen, they are NOT fun! I'm pretty confident mine was caused from low temps. I forgot to put the space heater on the night they ate, next morning I had a rat waiting for me. But, once I looked at the rat it did look a little big for the BP, so it could have been from that.
Watch her carefully, and if she does it again in two weeks I'd worry about parasites.

Re: Omg gross
sometimes balls are a little finicky at different times of the year. I have a rescue ball, among other typs of species and he is actually afraid of his prey sometimes. when I got him, it was hard to feed him, but he would eventually.n so, he was doing a good deal of growing and decided to try a small rat. NOPE!!!! regurge. He has had a lot of trama... neglect.... burnt with heat rock... mites.ect. If a meal is too big, or if he is fed to often or for just to be finicky... balls are strange when it comes to feeding. That`s what the general opinion is in the group of people that had given me advice when I got my first snake 7 years ago. sounds like your snake was just over fed. IMO.
