    Long-winded answer...Shipping is still on FedEx, try and get your $$$ back...
    This is correct, it is still on Fedex. Because they REQUIRE the waiver in order to ship the animals and the test process is part of the waiver process they do pick up the tab.

    Congrats on getting your test passed pandp. I'm still waiting on the legal docs.
