man im sorry for u- he play with u and ure hunderts of miles away- so u cant get him personally with 2 or 3 big gun friends or so.
i would talk to him and tell him, that if he refuses to give u ur money back, ull give that case to ur loyer...
or thread him that if he wont give u your money back, u will sent the animals police or so to him.
he has some real problems there with his animals.
i wouldnt want any snakes from him- not even for free!!!!
