Having seen pictures of the parents of a clutch and knowing that the hatchlings are in good health, eating well, etc. What else should I look for in a baby jcp that would indicate a bright adult? The clutch I'm interested in is from a local breeder and all if the babies are fairly dark brown with very pale and contrasting yellow markings. But, one female is almost black with very lemony colors showing through. Would a jcp already showing brighter yellow and black at this age (a month or two old) "burn out" color wise or is this a good indication of a bright adult?
