There are probably 50 ways to set up hatchlings, but here is what I do.
I sometimes let all the babies hatch, and they usually end up in one corner of the incubation box all together, and then take them out and put them in their own tubs. I set the tub up very moist prior to their first shed, with a water dish, and paper towels as substrate. Sometimes, if one baby hatches early, and the others have barely pipped, I will put it in its own tub right away, especially if it is a cool morph that I want to be able to look at without opening up my walkin closet style incubator.
Keep them very moist until their first shed. I wait a couple of days, if the snake looks like it absorbed all its yolk, to feed, or a week or so if the snake baby looks really fat still.
