    Re: Importing?

Unless you are a licensed importer, you don't.

    Re: Importing?

Are you talking a single snake or are you talking a large investment? Most aren't going to import for you for a few hundred dollars. Many thousands of dollars they probably will.

I don't have the contacts, as I'm not spending the dollars necessary to do so. You have to network with folks who have been doing it and get a referral from my understanding.

So would a lot of people! If you have deep pockets, you probably can.

    Re: Importing?

ah- so meen snakes like the platinum and the toffee?

these snakes cost hundrets of thousands dollars.

and for normals- as said before- for a couple of hundert dollars, will probably nobody import snakes for u.

here in germany we only got one who import 7500 snakes each year and sells them to other people who ordered 1000 snakes or so...

i think taht will be in the us the same- just a couple people who import thousands of normal ballpythons and sell them in high numbers to other in the business

Check this site. I have put questions out regarding this and have had quite a few responses. You will have to ignore the nonsense of some of the people as they tend to hate on the US a little with all our laws coming into a new change.

Anyway this is a forum for South Africa and I didnt figure any better way to get an answer than from some people in the country I am interested in itself.
