She was my favorite....and now she's gone.

I went down to the basement this morning to check on my snakes, as I always do, and a terrible smell hit me as soon as I opened the basement door. It smelled like somebody regurgitated. So, after checking everyone except one in my larger rack, I discovered the source of the smell......Hermione, the biggest female in my collection, had regurgitated her last meal and was dead. I couldn't beleive it. She was just an average normal female, but she was very special to me. I've had her the longest and I wouldn't have traded her for ANYTHING. I adopted her at 2, and she's been with me for almost 11. When I look at photos of her, I can't stop cryin'. Goobye friend, you will surely be missed.

She lived for a pretty long time though, so she seemed like a pretty strong snake. I assume that regurg could've just been too much for her. That happened to me twice with two different Corn snakes, so I see how you feel.
