If you click on the "Search" function in the dark blue header bar at the top of the page and type in BAH-1000, it will pull up approximately 70 threads in which it is mentioned or discussed. You can try searching "thermostats" for broader results. I know there is one available from Amazon that a few members seem to like...

Yeah Im about ready to pick it up with some flexwatt tape but im not sure how to hook up the flexwatt tape. Where in the enclosure should I put the tape? does it come with instructions?

I have been doing some reading here. Is it true that If I have a thermostat I dont need a UTH? Are both ok to have?

uh well a thermostat doesn't heat anything....
A thermostat controls the temperature of the UTH. You always need a thermostat or at least a rheostat when using UTHs or flexwatt.

Ok so what can I get to control the Air temp to keep it around the ideal temp?

they are only around 70-80 degrees. I was told they need to be around 90. Is that correct?

the hot spot in which the snake lies needs to be around 90-94. the ambient air temp is fine at 80. hell my snakes have a ambient air temp of 77 all hte time and they do fine.
1.1 het pied
1.1 butter
1.0 lemon pastel yellow belly
0.1 lemon pastel
and the addiction begins!
feeders(rats) - breeders(1.9) very happy male!
feeders(mice) - 2.5 breeders
