pothos will grow in anything, and there are some different colors, if you can find them. normally they are just light green or variegated, but I've got a much more orangey/brown one too. There are some fern varieties that also do pretty well. Some moss looks neat even when it's dead, so moss might be a good choice too. I use leaves in some of my live planted tanks, to make them look more forest-y (not a word? haha). Good luck, that tank should look really cool
