    You have some great pairing going on there. I would recommend, however, keeping 2 males from any Double Recessive project as a back up. I produced double het Axanthic Pieds last year, and kept 2.2 from the breeding. You never know whne one of those males gets pene issues, or just doesn't want to breed until he is 3 or 4 years old. Just a suggestion.

    p.s. My proven breeder DH True ghost male decided that he didn't want to breed this year, until about 2 weeks ago. My DH True Ghost female (also a proven breeder) was developing nicely, and I had starting getting thoughts of throwing something Hypo or Axanthic in there with her just to not loose a potential clutch. I bought this pair, as oppossed to producing them, so was only fortunate enough to get a pair. Sometimes having that back-up male is a blessing.
