    Flipped the Rhino last night

ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....so I borrowed a friends Rhino as we were thinking about buying one of these or a Razor/Ranger. Well we have had it for about a week now....taking it out each day. Yesterday we did our second desert trip. I had my husband in the passanger seat and my son and my friends son in the back. We were cruizn along...I was doing some jumps...and we came to a huge clearing. I ....in my grand stupidity...decided to do some donuts. YEA...that is when everything went seriously wrong. It went up on 2 wheels...couldn't get it down and then the flipping started. OMG...it was the scariest thing ever. Thank god we all had seat belts and helmets. I sprained my wrist...the hubby hurt his arm, neck and back, my sons friend sprained his foot as it was under the rhino. The only one unscathed is my son. Oye...clearly a rhino is not in my future.

My son and husband were able to get it flipped back up right and amazingly it started again....we limped home and today...we are REALLY feeling the pain. I am waaaaaaaaaayyyyyy to old to get hurt by toys.

Dang liz feel better huh! You and the rest. Geez that sucks.

I gotta say though I have heard of people getting killed on those things, it could have been worse. Thank god no one was seriously seriously injured. And I'll be praying for your quick recoveries.

Re: Flipped the Rhino last night

thanks everyone....today we are a couple of walking zombies. My sons friend bounced back and is ready to go riding again. Yea I am thinking NO WAY!!!! I can barely move the wrist with out tons of pain....convinced it is broken but the hubby keeps saying no!! Guess I am just a huge baby!!!

Needless to say....rhino has been scratched off the buy list. We are now looking into razors as they are lower to the ground with a wider wheel base. Supoose to be really hard to tip.
