How do you find out which flavour they like as at £8.99 ( $13.06 ) a bag buying all the flavours could get expensive.

Just get the complete diet. It's the one that you don't have to mix--the flavor and base is all together in one mix. It's easier and pretty much all rhacs will eat it.
