Re: alot of morph ??s and a crider ball
To get a super pastel/albino, yes, both parents have to at least be het albino AND pastel.
You can use super pastel/het albinos, or super pastel/Albinos.. but both parents but carry at least one copy of each gene in order to produce a super-pastel/albino/

oh, thats were they, confuse me, the hets, i wish you could breed straight morph to morth, though it wouldn't be fun, i guess and all prices would drop, so im thinking this is a 5 year plan as well, or can super pastel? het albinos be bought.

If wishes were horses, we'd all be eating horseburgers.
Think of it this way: a parent can only dictate HALF of an offspring's genetics.
For any "super" aka homozygous trait (includes visual recessives) to appear in an offspring, both parents have to be carriers of the trait (either heterozygous or homozygous).
If a parent is homozygous for a trait, they are guaranteed to pass their half to all offspring.
If a parent is heterozygous, there is only a 50/50 chance for each offspring that they will pass that trait along.

The Crider ball is what was believed to be a caramel albino brought in by Eric Crider many years ago. When bred to a caramel albino, it produced normal babies.
It is believed to be an ultramel.

Re: alot of morph ??s and a crider ball
The Crider ball is actually one of the oldest morphs around and the morph that the original name "Caramel" was given. The original wc Founder of the line died before proving out the hets he had sired. Those hets were bred to the morph now known as the Caramel as at that time they thought they were the same mutation. The breeding of the two morphs together gave no visible morph babies so the project sort of died off. Crider got some of the animals from the founder WC bloodline and started line breeding the snakes and produced the first baby "Crider Caramels". Vin Russo accidently ended up with the Crider mutation and it along with the normal caramel is the cross that made the Camarillo (combo of the two) proving that the crider and Caramel are not the same morph.
I have a Crider ball and an ultramel and I would bet money that those two morphs as well as the Burgundy albino will all prove to be that same mutation from diffrent founder lines.
Hope this helps Ryan Young
