Joseph Capone Power house reptile is he legit or scam?

I saw an ad on fauna classifed of Joseph Capone selling lessers and mojaves for a good deal. He wanted me to pay at paypal. Im not sure if this is a scam or if hes a legit seller. Does anyone know? How can i make sure that he is selling me the correct snake? Do i ask for pictures or other stuff to make sure its legit?

from the research i gather up on Mr capone i would consider the quote " you pay for what you get" so far i hear he is scum who has no respect for the ball python market. he single handly tried to crash the market ON PURPOSE. i hear he is a snake hustler lol! never did any business with him so i cant speak personally on him. MR capone is about getting his money if "LERD" is selling a morph for 1000 he will sell his for 587.12 from what i hear. he does what small time breeders do to make a profit is he wrong? not for me to say but the lying part on he produce the animals when he brought them from someone else MANY Breeders buy whoRESALE DO YOU REALLY THINK A BIG BREEDERS IS GOING TO TELL YOU I BROUGHT WHORESALE PIED BALLS FROM BILLY FROM DUNNELLON FLORIDA? I DOUBT IT. is it wrong? you have to determine that one. like anything in life you buy at your own risk. but i rather buy from a BREEDER WHO HAS A GOOD NAME. I heard Ian G from outback reptiles was a bad guy. I brought from him many times and i have no complaints. i woulkd take in consideration the people in forum who dealt with capone, send them private messages and really get a take on MR capone. sorry about punctuation IM AT WORK LOL! but i chime in anyway.
