Bad feedback is the key.

Bad feedback is a no no and so is low feedback but in my situation the guy had great feedback. I check all that before I buy from anyone. The only thing in my situation was that was the first phone he ever sold. Which is not a red flag. I have very good feedback on ebay and I have never sold a phone. But if I wanted to sell my used phone on there and people looked at my feedback they would see that I have never sold any phones either. But in my case they would get my phone and get it as advertised. With all that said bad feedback or very low is a good indicator something will go wrong. But the guy I got my phone from had very good feedback. I guess it was a good thing he did because he gave me no trouble refunding my money and the return shipping price to ship it back to him. I did not have to open a paypal dispute.
