iv had a pair of leos for about a year, theyv been in the same enclosure and yet they have bred yet. could they be to old, or viv to large (about 30gal) ect

30 gallons should be totally fine for two geckos. I presume you're 100% certain you have a male/female pair? As far as "too old" goes, how old are they? Leos can live well into their 20s, and my understanding has always been that it's possible for them to breed for most of their lifespan.

my female is pushing 10, and my male is around 4, i think, and yes there 100% male and female

At that age, presuming their environment is set up correctly and they're both healthy, yes, they should be able to breed. Assuming they've got a warm end of around 90 degrees F and a cool end somewhere in the 70s and appropriate hides, I'm as stumped as you are as to why they haven't bred for you.
