    Clutch #2 jsut hatched...

These guys just crawled out on 5/9. The breeding was a Spotnose het Axanthic x Normal, which makes them all poss hets. My theory is the ones with stripes prove to be the het, but, only time will tell. I ended up with 2.2 Spotnoses and 1.1 Normals. Enough ranting, here are some pics.

    The whole clutch...

The Spotnoses, the one on the right has a different color than all the others and also has no striping going on. That is what leads me to believe he is not het(or maybe he is)...

    The normals...

    Almost a full stripe...

    Congratulations!

Not to crush your bubble... but my Axanthic doesn't have any stripping at all. I think that pattern is inherited probably from the Spotnose.

Thamks. BTW, the sire had no striping at all. Like I said, it is just a theory, there is no real way of telling a het from a normal. Only breeding them out will tell.

Holy cow that spotnose with the stripe is wicked!!!

I agree, I'm guessing the striping is spotnose, not axanthic. I haven't really seen any axanthics with stripping
