    The raised temps and humidity are to blame for the smell. If the eggs are looking good I would bet it is just a large dose of her urates.

    ok i moved the eggs to a incubator..........i just couldnt take the temps no more and the smell so i took them out from their momma and put all 13 eggs in a big box and in my incubator....thank god for thinking ahead.....sorry for anyone that was going for the maternal incubation but i just dont wanna losse my first clutch......thanks for everybodys help on this subject.....and dont let this discourage you in doin maternal just setup better than i did lol

    Do what ever it takes to have healthy and alert babies hatch. No matter how you do it is up to you but do what works for you and eggs.

    Though Momma will love that you took them away so she can begin to eat.

    ok sorry guys ive been busy which has been good because it made this time go by fast. the eggs are at day 53 not and look just like they do in this pic but a little more round not so dented. but i have a question, should i be able to see a snake when i candle by now?[IMG][/IMG]
