Good news, Keep the humidity up and you will not see further dimpling until around 45 days. You shouldnt have any problems because of the dimpling that has occured. Did you do any measuring of water when you set up the egg tub or just eyeball it? If you measured then weekly add the amount of water that you have lost. If you can slow down your fan in the incubator to keep the air flow from drying the egg tubs to quickly. I dont use press and seal either, nothing against it but it really isnt needed if everything else is right. I use 99cent 6qt tubs with no holes drilled in them. I mix the perilite and water 1.1 when the eggs are laid and I dont have to add water anymore. I also have a 6qt tub of water sitting on top of a heat panel in the bottom of my incubator. That keep the humidity up just fine.
