I do not know him, and don't live in the same country so I probably never will, but the guy can choose his own prices. As a member of the economy, he makes his own decisions on selling price and I support that. I support his ability to do what he believes is best for himself, whether he is right or not. The market economy only works because people can make their own decision. Other breeders might not like it and actually be quite upset, but I would say it's just a risk in such a market.
However, I do not support a seller, (or anyone at all), who lies or does not properly care for their animals.

If you know Joey's history - he made his decision to market crash to intentionally hurt other specific breeders - a targeted attack - he admitted it himself. It wasn't a business decision, it was a scumbag decision. And in the process, he ruined the reputation of his partner at the time (guilt by association) - who is quietly trying to re-build his reputation in the industry. It was like watching a trainwreck at the time.
I reserve the term scumbag for a very few, but Joey Capone has definitely earned that designation.
You couldn't PAY me to take an animal from him - I don't care how nice it looks. I will not support a scumbag.
