There is absolutely no reason, what so ever to interbreed(line-breed). Yes people do it. It is understandable when you are trying to prove out a wild caught morph or a dinker, but there is no reason beyond that. Some people do it because they are in a hurry and or don't want to spend the money on visuals or the proper amount of breeders.
