Joseph Capone Power house reptile is he legit or scam?

I saw an ad on fauna classifed of Joseph Capone (Power House Reptile) selling lessers and mojaves for a good deal. He wanted me to pay at paypal. Im not sure if this is a scam or if hes a legit seller. Does anyone know? How can i make sure that he is selling me the correct snake? Do i ask for pictures or other stuff to make sure its legit?

I believe Fauna has a place to look up feed back on people something like that, yes request pics call him ask questions etc. Best of luck and paypal is a very good way to pay.
