My question is once the 1st little snake pips or the snakes start hatching is opening the lid of the egg box everyday enough air exchange to leave the little guys with enough air to breathe?

Since it's your first, I doubt you'll be able to go more than 8-10 hours at a time without looking in on them. As you get a few clutches run through, and the process becomes less new, every few days is more than adequate.
