My new (and first :D) rack!
Well, I was originally going to make this a DIY, but it got too complicated way too fast, hahahaha. It's taken me and my dad since January to finish this up, but it was definitely worth it.
The bottom

One of the sides. All of the shelves were sunk into them.

Putting the shelves together after the heat tape is wired on taped on

the back were the wires come out and in

the edging, which took forever to put on

mu puppy by the almost-finished product

my other puppy by the completed rack in its place in my room
I like to decorate, can you tell? I also went through a huge green phase when we redid our house, which I am now regretting. I live in a green cave!

Simon

Noah

Eli

And Samson, whose 20L sits on top of the rack

Sorry the pictures aren't sized down, photobucket wasn't cooperating Anyways, thanks for looking! This took forever to build and my dad had all kinds of crazy ideas that I had to talk him out of, but IT'S FINALLY DONE If you have any questions about how we built it I'd be happy to answer them, but we definitely did not take the easy route, hahaha.
Thanks for looking!

In all honesty, I haven't wanted to total it up yet Probably around 200, 250, but it definitely has tons of room for my collection to grow into

28q and 41q sterilite tubs, and since their height is interchangeable, I can do 10 28's, or 5 41's, or a mixture of both.
I used a drill to do the holes, but I can't remember what size bit. I'll check tomorrow.

Black melamine. We had to search everywhere for it, but if you're around Chicago, Owl Lumber carries it. We went to the store in Oak Lawn.
