Edit Profile Picture Won't Load

My pic won't upload. Each time I get an "Upload Failed" with no further explanation.

Pic is JPEG, size is 196 x 198 pixels, pic file size is 114k.

Hi,

That's true for changing the colours and layout of the profile for sure - but anybody should be able to upload a profile picture within the given size limitations.

Could you perhaps provide us a link to where the file is stored online?

It does seem to fall within the size limitations but it couldn't hurt to check.

The pic is actually stored on my computers desktop. I double-checked the specs. I guess I just won't bother trying it anymore. Thanks for the help though!

When you browse to and select the pic on your computer and hit save changes does it show on the page afterwards?
