Re: captive hatch
I think CH dinkers are cool, and fun to play around with. I have to say I have my doubts regarding CH Morphs. A few years ago, there was a rumor floating around that the African's are breeding morphs, in Africa, and selling them as CH new lines. This rumor was somewhat confirmed by a few people on a few boards with CH threads.
Now, I am not an importer, but I do not think the idea of Africans hatching morphs in Africa and selling them as CH new lines is that far fetched. I have been thinking about buying a CH Ghost female but really am sitting on the fence about it right now...

im sure that's going on but why wouldn't they do that. i understand that any captive hatched bp i get was NOT special enough for someone else to see and pick out. i've come to terms with that. i just hope the girls i've picked out will have some influence on the offspring they produce. thats the only reason i have them. and also you cant always see the hets. i plan to breed back to all of them just to be sure. the next BIG DEAL morph could be a het in someone's collection that thinks its a normal. its kinda like playing the lottery when you dont pay the money to go over there and get first dibbs. i cant think of a reason why they wouldn't breed the new morphs they find. i know i would. but i would be honest about it. i guess they dont have to. this world is absolutly full of people who want to get over on anyone they can. the only thing we can do is make previsions to make sure it doesnt happen to us. as unfortunate as it is we cant do anything about it. thats just the way of the world. makes me sick. but i just try to lead by example. thats all i can do.
